Chinese Paper Cutting

Hello ~

As you know, I enjoy participating in different asian events. The last wednesday and friday, I went to a curse of Chinese Paper Cutting organized by the Confucius Institute. The teacher will teach us the importance of this activity in China and how we can add it in our lives. 

   *Como saben, me gusta participar en diferentes eventos asiáticos. El viernes y miércoles de la semana pasada, asistí a un curso de Cortado de Papel Chino organizado por el Instituto Confucio. La profesora nos enseñaría la importancia de esta actividad en China y como la podemos agregar en nuestras vidas.

In the first class, the teacher taught us how this activity is used in the dialy life. Chinese people use it to decorate their houses, the furniture and the walls. There are not rules for paper cutting. You just have to select what you want to illustrate as for example animals, plants or life scenes. 
   * En la primera clase, la profesora nos enseñó como esta actividad es usada en la vida diaria. Las personas de China la usan para decorar sus casas, sus muebles y las paredes. No hay reglas para el cortado de papel. Solo tienes que seleccionar lo que quieras ilustrar como por ejemplo animales, plantas o escenas de la vida.

In the second class, the teacher told us about the blue and white ceramics. What does it have to do with the paper cutting? In China, as I said before, paper cutting can be used to illustrate different things.  In the last class, we used to it to illustrate the china ceramics and to create a book separator. 
   *En la segunda clase, la profesora nos contó acerca de la cerámica blanca y azul. ¿Qué tiene que ver con el cortado de papel? En China, como dije antes, el cortado de pape puede ser usado para ilustrar diferentes cosas. En la última clase, lo usamos para ilustrar la cerámica china y para crear un separador de libros.
